Refund policy
By law, customers located in the UK have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. We will not refund the cost of returning the item. You must inform us before returning the item(s).
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it. We cannot refund any costs for items returned damaged by yourself.
We must be informed about the intention to return an item in writing. We will then respond with the best way to proceed with the return.
